What if I told you that you could create a deep sense of freedom without changing anything outside of yourself but by simply using your breath to discover, cultivate, & embody liberation from within?

"I tried breathwork before but nothing like this. I have felt so much release... I moved, I cried, I laughed, and I have also laid in complete stillness. It all depends what my body is asking for that day. The sessions are so intense that at the end I am sweating as if I just finished a gym session, honestly! I feel I can breathe so much better because I have released so much! The only way I can describe the feeling is as if you have walked around life with a heavy heavy cloth over your body, & your mind, and it is sooo heavy, but because you are used to it you don't even notice how heavy it is. This cloth is made of trauma, of unhealed wounds, of unforgiveness, of limiting beliefs, and all that shit you claim to be your flaws, your bad temperament; "I guess I'm just this way." Then, breathwork breaks that heavy heavy cloth into layers, like an onion. Every time you do a breathwork session you peel one of those thin layers off your cloth and you toss it to the wind. Your cloth starts to get lighter and lighter each time. You will eventually peel the last layer, and finally shine as your truest self. This is what a breathwork session with Sarah is for me. It means peeling all those shitty layers that have painted me of different colors than what I really am. I am finding my colors :)"

What if I told you that you could feel fully free, liberated, & peaceful in your body & life

It wasn’t too long ago that I felt stuck, trapped, constricted, controlled, small, stagnant, and therefore unmotivated in every area of my life; health, relationships, career, finances, emotions, self growth.

 

For a long time, I blamed this fact on my external environment. I thought the way to create and feel a deep sense of freedom was to control what was happening in my external world:

> keep reading books & listening to podcasts to find the key to a free life 

> work harder to make more money

> start a new diet & start two-a-day workouts so that I can feel free while prancing around the beach in a bikini

> figure out how to travel more

> numb and ignore anxiety, doubt & fear so that they’ll "go away" and stop blocking my freedom

> start a new challenge led by my fave influencer to break away from the destructive habits that I’m currently stuck in

> move homes so I don’t feel so confined by these walls and in this town

> find a partner so that I won’t binge and watch Netflix as much 

I could go on and on with ways I tried to change my external reality thought thoughts and actions in attempt to feel free.

 

But guess what? No matter how hard I tried, it never worked.

 

Why? Because I was missing the point that our INTERNAL realities are creating our EXTERNAL realities... 

This is why when I discovered BREATHWORK, the DEEP SENSE OF FREEDOM & LIBERATION I was searching for FINALLY filled my entire body, which then began to reflect out into my life!

 

Through breathwork, I was able to release everything inside that was making me feel stuck, trapped, anxious, worried, small, stagnant, and blocked and replace it with freedom, expansion, abundance, peace, bliss, and liberation.

 

YOU have the power to do this, TOO.

 

It's not a when-then game.

 

It’s not “WHEN I have a lot of money and a skinny body, THEN I’ll feel free.”

 

If you play this game for the rest of your life, you’ll never escape exhaustion and unfulfillment...

 

It's “WHEN I dive inward to shift whatever is there and access + expand my innate FREEDOM, 

THEN I'll align with the frequency of freedom, liberation, & inner peace...
